What's Slow Cooking? : Honey Apricot Chicken

Honey Apricot Chicken
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup chicken broth
1Tsp. Dried Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Dried Apricots, chopped

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, chicken broth, dried mustard, salt and pepper. Place the chicken and the apricots in the slow cooker and pour the honey mixture on top. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours

what's Slow Cooking?: Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
 2 1/2 lbs. boneless Pork Roast
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
18oz. of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
2/3 Cup Mayonaise
8 Sandwich Buns, Split and Toasted
16 Slices Sweet Pickle

Season the Roast with the salt and pepper. Place Roast in the slow cooker and cover with the BBQ sauce. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-6 hours. Cool slightly and shred the pork roast using two forks. Mix the sauce with the meat.
Sanwich assembly : Spread the mayonaise on the buns and pile the pulled pork on top. Top each sandwiche with 2 slices of pickle and serve.
